Budget and Financial Planning Update
鈥Vice President for Finance and Administration and Treasurer Dan Konstalid will offer a presentation on the budget and financial planning at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, in Murray-Aikins Dining Hall (second floor). The presentation will also be accessible on Zoom; login details will be shared via email prior to the event. Time for Q&A will follow. All faculty and staff are invited to attend.

鈥學ebsite editing access restored Skidmore鈥檚 redesigned skidmore.edu has launched. The content management system is now open for previous users to make updates to legacy sites only. The previous (Dev) site has been retired. Users may notice slight changes to navigation and menus and should review an email sent Sept. 16 for full details, login instructions, and links.

鈥Skidtoberfest 2025: Call for vendors
鈥屸赌孴he first Skidtoberfest will be held from noon to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at Upper South Park during Homecoming and Family Weekend. Students, staff, and faculty members are invited to sell their wares. Interested in becoming a vendor? Email the Office of Stewardship and College Events for more details.

鈥孒ua Hsu, author of the Class of 2029 summer reading 鈥淪tay True,鈥 will give a reading and join Skidmore鈥檚 Summer Reading Committee in discussion at 8 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 29, in Zankel Music Center. A reception and book signing will follow. Ticketing priority goes to first-year seminars, their faculty, and peer mentors. Remaining seats will open to the 黑料正能量community at 7:45 p.m. No tickets required.

鈥2025 McCormack Endowed Visiting Artist-Scholar Residency
鈥孴he 2025 McCormack Endowed Visiting Artist-Scholar Residency, Sept. 29鈥揙ct. 4, will feature National Medal of Arts recipient Carrie Mae Weems. At 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 4, in the Tang, Weems will present , a live performance and screening of "Leave Now!" (2022) with music by pianist Vijay Iyer and Grammy Award-winning violinist Jennifer Koh.
