A new era for health and wellness at Skidmore
The McCaffery-Wagman Tennis and Wellness Center opened in January 2025, not just as a new facility, but as a bold commitment to the holistic health and wellbeing of our entire community. By uniting athletics, fitness, and mental health resources under one roof, the Center marks a pivotal moment for ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿â€” deepening our dedication to inclusion, belonging, and the full student experience.
Here, you’ll find:
- Integrated care for both physical and mental wellness
- Accessible opportunities to stay active, whatever your level
- A welcoming, inclusive space to explore what wellbeing means to you
Care that meets you where you are
Health Services, the Counseling Center, the Department of Health Promotion, and other wellness resources now share a single, purpose-built space — making it easier than ever to access the support you need, all in one place.
Designed for every body
A 10,000-square-foot cardio and weight room is open to all students, faculty, and staff, with nearby studios for yoga, spin, martial arts, and more. Multi-use gathering areas give student groups even more room to move, meet, and recharge.
Back on home court
With eight new lighted outdoor courts and four indoor courts, Skidmore’s nationally ranked tennis teams can now train and compete on campus. New locker rooms and team spaces make this a hub for athletes — and for community.
