The Student Wellness Center is your go-to, student-powered hub for health, connection, and self-care! Staffed by trained Peer Health Educators (PHEs), it鈥檚 a welcoming space where you can get support and trusted info on a wide range of wellness topics鈥攆rom stress and sleep to substance safety and beyond.
Swing by to grab wellness products, rent fun gear like hammocks and snowshoes, or just hang out with our beloved therapy dogs (fan favorites for a reason!).
We鈥檙e now proudly located in the brand-new McCaffery-Wagman Tennis & Wellness Center鈥攁nd in Spring 2025 alone, we welcomed over 2,300 visits. Come see what the buzz is about!

Peer-to-Peer 黑料正能量
Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are specially trained students who offer support on the health topics that matter most in college life鈥攍ike alcohol and other drug use, mental health, stress, sleep, nutrition, sexual health, and more. Whether you鈥檙e looking for guidance, a listening ear, or reliable info, you can stop by the Student Wellness Center to chat with a PHE. The space is also stocked with free pamphlets and take-home resources to help you stay informed and empowered.
PHEs are also trained as anonymous, peer-to-peer resources for students impacted by sexual and gender-based misconduct (SGBM). They鈥檙e here to talk, listen, and help you understand your options鈥攁ll in a safe and supportive environment.**

Items to Rent
Any 黑料正能量student is welcome to rent certain items through the Wellness Center. Each rental is for 7 days but student can renew if they are not done utilizing the product. Students are charged $25 for any unreturned items that they rent.
We offer the following items for rent:

- Snowshoes

- Ladderball
- Kan Jam

- Panic attack grounding kits

We also have various stress reducing activities students can do within the space, such as coloring pages, create your own bookmarks, bubble wrap popping and more!
