At the Philip Boshoff Writing Center at Skidmore, trained student tutors offer one-on-one consultations for student writers at every stage of the writing process, from assignment sheet to final revisions. We want to make better writers, not just better writing; rather than editing, we follow the writer's lead to meet their own goals for their project.

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, we
also have some walk-in hours available on a first-come, first-served basis.
